AIRSOFT OP: Black Rhino

“This is concrete life-changing and life-ending poison that is going out on the streets. I think the message today is we’re here, we’re working hard and we’re going to continue to make sure that people can’t do this to the community,” said U.S. Attorney, District of Colorado John F. Walsh.

DENVER, Colorado– Two drug trafficking rings are under surveillance by the FBI and the Metro Gang Task Force. The U.S. Attorney’s Office has reviewed the operation to your Special OPS team called Black Rhino. Surveillance indicates that Loya-Ramirez, AKA “El Jefe,” or boss, has a scheme that distributes meth and cocaine in Denver, Fort Morgan, Greeley and southwest Kansas involving the Acosta Drug Trafficking Organization and Mexican Source of Supply.

El Jefe has claimed that he makes his money peddling tacos from a food truck, however, he somehow managed to build two high-priced homes in Mexico. El Jefe has built a drug trafficking organization distributing illicit narcotics in the Denver and Colorado Springs areas. Undercover agents have confirmed El Jefe has 10.78 pounds of heroin valued at $2.4 million, 38.35 pounds of methamphetamine said to be worth $6.3 million, plus two grams of cocaine, several firearms and $24,000 in cash.

He is responsible for importing nearly 200 pounds of methamphetamine. Further, surveillance has established that El Jefe uses violence and intimidation in order to make his drug organization function. His tactics include acts of violence and assaults on workers in Colorado as well as threats against family members of his associates here and in Mexico.

Join El Jefe and work to continue your drug trafficking organization or join the FBI/Metro Gang Task Force and help bring El Jefe , the Acosta Drug Trafficking Organization and the Mexican Source of Supply to justice.
