Signing in to your Account
Signing in to your account can be done from any page. After you’ve registered with APX, you should sign in to your account whenever you’re looking to buy and sell. Signing in to your account allows APX to personalize your shopping experience. It also gives you access to My APX, where you can keep track of all your buying and selling activities, items you’ve saved to your watch list, and your favorite sellers and searches.
You’ll also need to be signed in to exchange messages with other APX members.
- Go to our Sign in page.
- Enter your email address or username.
- Enter your password.
- Select Sign in.
If that doesn’t work, here are a few things to check:
- Make sure Caps Lock isn’t on.
- Look for spelling errors.
- If you recently changed your username or password, your browser might remember your old information. Try manually entering your new username and password.
If you’re still having problems logging in, you can reset your password.
Your password is case-sensitive; make sure Caps Lock is turned off.
How to sign out
To log out, select your profile circle (shown in the top right of most APX pages), click the drop down menu then Sign out. We recommend you log out of your account whenever you’ve finished using APX, especially if you’re using a public or shared device.
