Managing your contact information
Managing your contact information on APX is a cinch. If you change your address or phone number, or set up a new email address, make sure to update your contact details on your APX account.
Keeping your contact details up to date is important so that we can get in touch with you with information about your account. It also helps to protect your account.
Change your registered email address
We’ll send notifications about all of your account activity to your registered email address, so it’s important to keep it current.
If you need to change your registered email address, select the button below or follow these instructions:
- In My APX, go to Account and select Settings.
- Go to the General Tab.
- Type in new Email then Save Changes.
- Check your inbox for an email from us. Follow the instructions to verify your new address.
If you can’t find the confirmation email, check that you entered your new email address correctly. Also check your spam folder.
